About Us

Winnie Graybard and Will Rafferty moved to

North Carolina in 2006. After retiring a few years ago, we have enjoyed occasional travel in the US and Europe. The events of 2020 curtailed our travel forcing us to cancel trips to Central Europe and Russia. In the late summer of 2020, we decided to leave Chapel Hill for a couple of years and move to Portugal allowing us to travel extensively through Europe and enjoy living as expats in another culture. This is our story.
