Things Are Starting to Open Up

For the first time in since January 15th, we are seeing some key restrictions being lifted. Happily, starting yesterday, restaurants can serve customers on their terraces with no more than four people at a table. Yesterday, we enjoyed a happy hour overlooking the Atlantic.
Cascais is really starting to bloom. We've had beautiful sunny weather for several weeks. The whole town is really starting to look pretty. Last week, we took a walk around the Cascais Marina. Some of the iconic Cascais photos were taken near here.
The lifting of restrictions allows us to travel outside of our municipality. Also, museums and historic sites are allowed to open again. We are planning to venture into Lisbon in the next few days.
It is possible that the light we are seeing is from the end of the tunnel.
